A major refresh of the EnviroSafe brand identity and packaging was required in early 2020. It was important to maintain the integrity of
the already established, well- known pest control brand so the existing customer base could still easily recognise and identify
EnviroSafe.
EnviroSafe’s tagline, ‘people safe, pet safe and planet safe’ reflects the brands ethos of being environmentally conscious with their
products, packaging and business practices. Striving to be highly eco-friendly now, their focus is on improving standards in the future.
The new packaging design maintained the same integrity as the old design so existing customers could continue to easily identify the
brand. The information has a clearer structure, with visual hierarchies that make it natural for the eye to identify key information
quickly. Contributing to less plastic waste are the new Eco-Bait packaging, moving from the plastic tubs and blister packs, to
recyclable cardboard.
The product logos were updated to keep in line with the new packaging redesign. An illustration of the pest compared to an image
communicates more quickly with customers. These illustrations are also semi-realistic to keep the professional tone of the brand, whilst
still depicting the key characteristics of the insect. The stylised direction allows for greater consistency too, compared to
photography used previously.
Supporting graphics have been created to use throughout EnviroSafe’s packaging, print and online presence to communicate key information
visually but succinctly by using clean and simple line drawings. The graphics are easy to understand at a glance, whilst also working at
smaller scales.
